I grew up in west London and live in Cambridgeshire with my partner and our two daughters. My working life has been about people and performance. I've spent over a decade in sales enablement and as a performance coach across a range of sectors as well as coaching traders. Like many people, I don’t trade in a vacuum - there are school runs, personal commitments and a family who, quite rightly, come first. I know how hard it is to find the focus trading requires when life is pulling you in other directions. And I've learned that finding a trading style that fits around my life and that suits my trading psychology is the one that gives me balance. I bring that experience to my mentoring, so you get someone who will listen, explain things plainly and help you trade in a way that suits you.

I studied drama and spent my twenties as a working actor. It's a career I did for love rather than stability, and in 2009 I took my first trading course because I wanted another source of income. Like most beginners, I learned the hard way that the markets reward patience and punish impulse. I stopped after one too many failures but always felt the draw to return and each time I learned more.

In 2018 I became an algorithmic trader, building and running systematic strategies across forex pairs and gold. Taking the emotion out of the execution changed everything for me. The biggest improvements didn't come from finding the perfect entry. They came from consistency, honest record-keeping and being able to make the best decisions based on data.

That process led me to build The FX Engine Room, a systematic forex copy trading service designed for people with no trading experience and traders who wanted to diversify their strategies. Members keep their funds in their own broker account, in their own name. They choose their own risk settings based on the strategy's recorded history, and they see the real results every day in my Telegram channel. Building it taught me what beginners actually need: plain language, full transparency and no promises.

Coaching traders taught me the other half: the psychology. Most people don't struggle because they lack information. They struggle with fear, finding a way of trading that suits them and being able to set achievable goals that empower them to see the gains in every situation.

My long-term goal is simple. When my daughters are old enough, I want to teach them to trade. To help them have more choices in life.

That goal shapes how I want to nurture relationships with other traders. I want to guide every member the way I'd want my own family to be guided: with honesty and patience. I want to create an environment where beginners feel confident to ask questions and experienced traders can sharpen their process. There are no guarantees in trading, and I'll never pretend otherwise. What I can offer is structure, support and someone who takes your development seriously.
