These terms apply to this website, to the Echelon Telegram channels, and to any educational material, analysis or trade idea we publish through them. By using the site or joining the community you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not join.
Your trading account is a separate matter. It is governed by the agreement between you and your broker, not by these terms.
Echelon publishes market analysis, structured trade ideas and educational material, and runs a private community where traders discuss their work. Everything we publish is general information and education. It is not tailored to you, your circumstances, your account size or your objectives.
A posted idea describes what one of our traders is doing and why. It is a record of their reasoning, not an instruction to you.
Echelon is not a broker. We do not hold client money, we do not execute orders, and we never have access to your account.
Echelon is not a financial adviser and does not give personal recommendations. Nothing we publish is investment advice, and no one at Echelon is authorised to tell you what to do with your money.
Echelon does not manage accounts. We will never ask for your account password, and we will never offer to trade on your behalf. If anyone claiming to represent Echelon asks you for either, it is not us. Report it to contact email.
Membership is free in the sense that Echelon charges nothing: there is no subscription and no fee payable to us. Access is granted to people who hold a live, funded trading account opened through Echelon, so a funded account is a condition of access. Echelon is an introducing partner of the broker. Your account is opened in your own name, your funds are held by the broker, and the broker's own terms and regulatory protections apply to it.
We are not responsible for the broker's platform, pricing, execution, withdrawals or service. Any dispute about your account is between you and the broker.
Access to the community is at our discretion. We may decline, suspend or withdraw it, including if your account is closed, if you breach these terms, or if your conduct is damaging to other members.
Every trade you place is your own decision, made on your own account, at your own risk. You are responsible for your position sizing, your risk management and your outcomes, whether or not they follow something you read in an Echelon channel.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you may lawfully use a service of this kind where you live, and that you are responsible for your own tax affairs.
You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure.
The material we publish, on this site and in the channels, belongs to Echelon or to the people who wrote it. It is provided for your own use as a member.
You may not republish, resell, redistribute or forward it outside the community, and you may not use it to run a competing signal or education service. Screenshots shared privately between members are fine. Anything public is not.
Treat the rooms as a professional environment. Do not abuse or harass other members, do not solicit members for other services or products, do not post other people's personal information, and do not promote anything on which you are paid without telling us first.
We may remove any post and remove any member, without notice, to keep the rooms usable.
We do not guarantee that the site or the channels will be available without interruption, that any particular trader will post, or that ideas will be published at any particular frequency or in time for you to act on them.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echelon is not liable for any trading loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, the community, or anything published in it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Where we link to a third party, including the broker, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site or the community after a change means you accept the updated version.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
