This site has no accounts, no tracking and no analytics. The short version is that it collects nothing about you at all. Here is the long version.

Browsing this site does not create a record of you anywhere. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no cookies set by us.
We only hold personal data about you if you send it to us, by emailing us, by messaging us on Telegram, or by joining the community.
The data controller is Echelon Prime Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 17145110, at Basepoint Business Centre, Rivermead Drive, Swindon, SN5 7EX. You can contact us about anything on this page at contact email.
If you email us: your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message.
If you message us on Telegram or join a channel: your Telegram username and display name, your user ID, and anything you post in the rooms. Other members can see this too. Telegram is a separate service with its own privacy policy, and what it collects is outside our control.
If you join the community: the trading account number you send us, so we can confirm the account was opened through Echelon and give you access. We do not receive your account password and we cannot see or move your money.
If you apply to the partner programme: the contact and business details you choose to send us.
Nothing. The site is static files with no backend, no login and no forms that submit to us.
Two things are worth naming anyway. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the font files are fetched. And the site is served by hosting provider, whose servers keep standard request logs, as every web server does.
We set no cookies and there is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
To answer you when you get in touch, to give you access to the community and keep it running, and to meet our own legal and record keeping obligations.
Our lawful bases are performing our agreement with you as a member, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and running the community, and legal obligation where one applies.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Our email provider and Telegram, because that is where the messages are.
The broker, only to the extent needed to confirm that an account was opened through Echelon.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and then deleted. Member records are kept for as long as you are a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records.
You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Write to contact email and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
This site and this community are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe we hold data about a child, tell us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
